• The Oracle Cloud 23D release brings several enhancements, including the ability to audit mass document downloads, add non-workers as line managers, introduce position budgeting, group similar jobs for scheduling, and enhance job searches with new filters.
  • Additionally, users can now select LOV values more easily, access Fusion Analytics insights, prevent junk email notifications, and prepare for the discontinuation of Share Personal Info support in the 24B update.
  • HCM for the US includes improvements to the “Manage Locations” task, while global payroll interfaces offer more flexibility for integrating absence records with third-party vendors. The Redwood experience includes new pages and enhancements for document records, employment contracts, transactions, and workforce structure management.
