What’s new in Human Capital Management (HCM)?

You now have more flexibility when setting up work shifts and break times. Instead of being limited to 15-minute blocks, you can define exact durations like 25 minutes or 7 hours and 15 minutes. This helps create more accurate and customized schedules for your workforce.
