• Feature: View Intercompany Receipt Fields
  • Feature Description: With this update, the View Intercompany Receipt report includes additional fields and data.
  • Benefit: This improves your ability to trace intercompany receipt activity back to intercompany payments and reconcile amounts applied to customer invoices, providing better user experience and greater accessibility.

  • Feature Description: Workday has improved the CSV outputs for advanced reports by modifying the behavior of the Enable Preferred Currency option on the advanced tab for currency fields.

You can enable checks everywhere or select specific payroll areas to receive validation messages. Related web services have also been updated.
  • Benefit: Enhances payroll data accuracy by providing configurable validation checks, reducing errors, and improving payroll processing efficiency.

• Feature: Reassignment Timestamp Visibility
  • Feature Description: Displays the latest timestamp when a reassignment is successfully completed, shown in the Event Record Moment column on the All Actions tab and the Last Updated Moment report field.
  • Benefit: This improves audit tracking and transparency by providing clear visibility into reassigned steps and their completion times.
